At last summer is with us and we are taking things a bit slower. There are a couple of excursions for you to book onto, these are:
Friday 2nd July – Minack Theatre – to see – West Side Story - £20.00 for ticket and travel. Leaving 11am, matinee performance. A musical adaptation of Romeo and Juliet by the Full Tilt Theatre Company
Tuesday 20th July – A Day on the Lizard – A Peter Messer-Bennetts organised trip – Leave 9.30am back by 6pm – £10.00.
Over the summer going to some of our local fetes and fun days, so why don’t you use the bus to go these fantastic events.
Wednesday 21st July – Philleigh Hog Roast – £2.00
Wednesday 4th August – Philleigh Fair - £2.00
Sunday 8th August – Tregony Heavy Horse Show – £2.00

So far we have not had a great response to our idea of setting up a volunteer car service to get people to healthcare appointments. While we are visiting the local fetes we will be asking people for their points of view, so please come on over and talk to us.
If Roseland Community Transport is to continue we need to start raising some extra funds. We need the fundraising to help maintain the bus we currently have and to put some money away for a new bus we will need to purchase in the near future. We do not get any financial help from outside organisations, all the money we have is from hires and excursions, so thank you for keeping the bus on the road. We will be holding some fundraising events between now and Christmas, so keep a look out for our advertisements.
